Woven Roll Lining

Trimat GBC is a semi-flexible asbestos-free brake lining, manufactured from a solid woven fabric of both natural and man-made yarns, with a brass wire inclusion which helps to stabilise the frictiom value by conducting from the operating surface.

Roll Form Rubber Based Friction Material

• Flexible roll up to 12.7mm thick and 200mm wide
• Rigid flat up to 330mm wide
• Can supply as rings, segments, radiused linings and cone lining to suit customer drawing

Pressed Moulded Friction Material

• Organic and semi-metallic pressed moulded
• Low coefficient product for tensioning devices
• High friction, heavy duty materials for brake system
• Supplied in 600 x 600mm sheet form between 2-60mm thick Manufactured to customer drawing
